OSI Geospatial Confirms Completion of SEC Inquiry
Ottawa, Canada- OSI Geospatial Inc. (TSX: OSI; OTCBB: OSIIF) announced today that the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has completed their inquiry pertaining to software revenue recognition.
OSI Geospatial has cooperated fully with the SEC throughout this process and the Company is pleased to report that there will be no impact on the Company’s reported financial results.
